Semolina Cupcake 4

½ cup semolina/rava
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
5-6 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp nutmeg powder
1 egg
½ cup milk
2 ½ tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla essence

In a large bowl, combine all dry.
Mix egg, milk, oil and vanilla essence and add to dry.
Mix well.
Preheat the oven to 150 degree Celsius. Either bake as a loaf for 20-25 minutes for or as muffins for 10-15 minutes.
I got 12 mini muffins and 4 regular ones.
