A perfect microwave cake finally!!
I mean perfect in texture…from top to bottom, though I still feel 2 eggs to almost 1 cup flour is too much. I have tried quite a few microwave cakes and mostly the top part comes out spongy and the lower part gooey. This is a good recipe from my mother, ready in 4 minutes.
Microwave Cake – 4 Minutes
100 gms flour minus 2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
100 gms sugar powdered
100 gms vegetable oil
100 gms egg (2 small)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Grease a microwave proof glass dish and line with parchment paper.
Sieve flour and baking powder.
Beat oil and sugar.
Add one egg at a time and mix well.
Add flour and mix well.
Pour into the baking dish and microwave for exactly 4 minutes. (not convection)
Cool for sometime and slice and serve.
