Stuffed Ethakka (Stuffed Plantain)
1 tsp ghee
Fruit cake (That’s what I did)
Grated coconut mixed with sugar
Dates and nuts
Nuts mixed with honey
Peel and cut the two ends of plantains.
Carefully scoop out the inside preferably using a scooper or apple corer.
Stuff the plantains from both sides.
Heat ghee on a nonstick and add the plantains. Carefully brown all sides.
Cut and serve.
