Banoffee Sundae

Banoffee Sundae
Makes 2

2 tbsp pecan nuts or walnuts (toasted or raw)
3 digestive biscuits
1 banana
3-4 tbsp whipping cream (whipped stiff)
4 tbsp caramel sauce
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Roughly chop nuts.
Crumble the biscuits.
Cut banana into small rounds.
Drizzle little caramel on the sides of a serving glass. Add some biscuits and nuts.
Add little cream and place few banana slices on top. Repeat one more layer.
Place one scoop ice cream on top, drizzle with more caramel sauce and sprinkle little biscuit/nut mixture.
Add or delete ingredients as you please…use the idea!!
